  1. The Myers Property is a 35-acre parcel of open space surrounded by Eternal Hill’s property. It is part of the Loma Alta Creek watershed Management Plan and has undergone restoration of native plants, erosion, pollution and sediment control. The Myers Property Restoration and Erosion Control Project was the first publicly funded and community-based project to contribute to the overall health of the watershed.
