No, Banksy wasn’t dining at Bull Taco (or maybe he was and we just didn’t know it).
Oceanside restaurant Bull Taco, on the corner of Cassidy and 101, was the spot of choice for the late night art & dash.

While the piece hasn’t shown up in full on Banksy’s web site, similar pieces are already on the site, but the question remains – is it truly a Banksy?
